Application Process
1. Apply easily online – Found a job that suits you? Fantastic! Click on 'Apply now' on the job listing, upload your CV and cover letter, and we'll send you a confirmation email straight away. Easy, isn't it?
2. First introduction via Teams – If we also think there's a good fit, one of our recruiters will invite you for an initial online interview. This is your chance to tell us more about yourself, your motivation and what you're looking for. And don't worry: you can ask us anything!
3. Online tests (depending on the role) – For certain roles, we ask you to complete a few online tests at home, such as personality questionnaire or a cognitive test. You can choose where and when to complete them.
4. Face-to-face meeting at the office – The manager is happy to meet you for a second interview at our offices. You'll find out everything about your future role, the team and the workplace. Sometimes we also ask you to prepare and present a business case. This gives you a clear idea of what to expect from the job.
5. Time for a contract proposal – Have you made it this far? If so, we think you're the perfect candidate for the job! We'll draw up an offer for you and go through it together. If we reach an agreement, we'll draw up a contract that you can sign digitally.
6. Ready to go – Congratulations on your new job! And welcome to Red Cross Flanders. On your first day at work, you'll learn all about our - and now your - organisation during your introduction. The final practical details will be sorted out and your team will welcome you with open arms. Good luck!
